Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products (watch, smartwatch, power bank, earphones) are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all accessories, packaging, manuals, and invoice.
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Products showing signs of use, physical damage, or missing parts.
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
  • Returns requested after the allowed return period.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact customer support at support@noxan.in with:
  • Order details
  • Product issue description
  • Clear photos/videos as proof
  • After approval, return instructions will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned product.
  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer.

5. Replacement Option

  • If available, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund for defective or damaged items.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping is free only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • For other approved returns, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

7. Warranty Support

  • Products may include a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may be handled through repair or replacement.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; return policy will apply instead.
